Question: How to book a Tour Service From Weekenia?
Answer: You can book a trip through our website or you can come to our office which is located at Jl. Inpres Raya No.86 Larangan Utara Tangerang. We are also willing to come to your office to offer you a choice of trip package that suits your needs.

Open Trip Pricing

Question: Why is the price of open trip in Weekenia quite affordable?
Answer: Weekenia is constantly providing affordable international holiday solutions, based on our experience on local trips that we often conduct. We also work with our partners to make a trip that is affordable to you but in otherhand still maintaining the best service.
Question: Is the open trip price already All-in-One package? Is there a possibility of additional costs?
Answer: Generally, the open trip price is all-in-one package which includes the transportation, lodging, consumption, and recreation tickets required for the trip according to the facilities written on our website. If there is an additional cost, then we will inform the participants and will be discussed to the participants.
Question: Why do open trip price sometimes change?
Answer: Open trip price sometimes change due to external influences beyond our capabilities, such as domestic policies and situations, policies and situation of airlines / transport agents, policies and situations in the countries visited and others.
Question: Does the Open trip price include the insurance fee?
Answer: Our open trip price includes the insurance fee provided by the transport provider or the recreation agency.

Open Trip Ticket and Payment

Question: What payment mechanism does Weekenia apply?
Answer: For now, Weekenia accepts payments through:
1. Transfer (via ATM / Internet Banking / SMS banking / Cash deposit) to PERMATA NUSANTARA GROUP CV with account number 7025 1198 78 Please do not conduct a direct transfer to any account except the account that we have been inform, it might be Fraud. 2. Cash by coming to our office or meet in a designated location.
Question: What is the time limit for the payment via transfer?
Answer: The time limit for payment after booking is 24 hours, if you register one day before departure then the payment time will be shortened.
Question: How do I get the transportation / airline ticket needed during my trip after I enrolled in Weekenia?
Answer: After making reservations and payments in Weekenia, we will send an e-ticket to your email so make sure your e-mail address is correct.
Question: The email containing my e-ticket was deleted, what should I do?
Answer: Call Weekenia by phone to +62 813 - 8935 - 4018.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes.

Question: How do I cancel a trip that have been ordered?
Answer: You can cancel the trip by contacting Weekenia.
Question: Will all Open trip fees be refunded if I cancel trip?
Answer: Depending on the terms and conditions of open trip which can be viewed on the Open Trip Details page.
Question: Can I change the names of participants without canceling? is there an additional charge?
Answer: Yes, and will not incur any additional charges, except for airline tickets purchased for transportation, we can not change the passenger name according to the airline's policy, if there is a change of passenger name then the airfare will be charge by participants.

Question: Does Weekenia facilitate visa and passport application?
Answer: For now, Weekenia does not facilitate visa and passport application.
Question: I want to book a trip but I do not have a passport yet, what should I do?
Answer: You can make a passport at the nearest immigration office, also make sure your passport has no expiration period in the next 6 months.
Question: If the country I am visiting enforces a Visa, what should I do?
Answer: You can get a visa to the embassy or consulate of the concerned country, you can also get it through a visa agent

Private Trip Pricing

Question: Why is the private trip price in Weekenia different according to the quota?
Answer: Private trip prices are highly dependent on quotas, because of share costs system such as lodging, transportation, and others. the private trip price also depends on the trip facility chosen by you.
Question: Is there any possibility of additional costs
Answer: We give you a package trip that you can choose, if there is addition or change of facility then additional cost could happen. We will inform you if there is an additional charge.
